I have always loved aviation. When I was in first grade, I remember writing, "I want to be a pilot, because I like planes."

I have always loved aviation. When I was in first grade, I remember writing, "I want to be a pilot, because I like planes."
My love of photography and history both began in high school. In my junior year, I learned that history is more than just names and dates in a textbook, and in my senior year, I took a photography class taught by an ex-British Special Forces soldier.
In college, I met my wife, and we moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2016. It wasn't long until I realized that our new house was only a short distance away from Luke Air Force Base and only a few hours from the Pima Air and Space Museum.
Once I realized that, the rest, as they say, is history.
When not chasing airplanes, I enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with my wife and our two dogs.
